I believe in a holistic approach to well being.

Our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself. 

I act as a facilitator; helping the body turn on that innate healing ability. Our bodies are surrounded by fascia (connective tissue). It surrounds our organs, muscles and skeleton. It controls our posture, and when healthy, allows for good movement and blood flow. When injured, the fascia sticks to itself impeding movements and possibly restricting blood flow. Over time the tissue can wrap around itself and constrict blood flow and proper integration of processes. 

My 20 years of experience has

found that not just one modality works for a all occasions, even on the same Individual. I can use Cranial Sacral, Neuromuscular Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Myotherapy, Movement Education, and Structural Integration at any time to help facilitate the healing process depending on the circumstance. 

Even very old injuries such as scoliosis, sciatica, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet, plantar fasciitis or psychological trauma can be helped with these techniques.

I have a Bachelor's of Science as well as my Florida and California license.
